When we got to the Cincinnati Nature Center to vote, the line was out the door. Not this year! We learned our lesson. We are voting absentee. If you live in Ohio, any qualified elector may vote by Absent Voter’s Ballot for an election.

After a couple years now our free pickup truck has been a HUGE hit with far more interest than I ever imagined.  More and more of our customers and friends are using the truck in their HOA (home owners association) events, or moving chairs for a school event or even for church raffles.  Did you know we make it available FREE for these purposes?  If you have a charitable non-profit event coming up and need to move stuff, or give use of the truck away in a raffle, contact us today and book the truck out. 

Please don’t forget it’s also yours to use when you need to pick up that supplies from the hardware store or the refrigerator at Sams Club.

Call us to schedule the truck, it is of course always subject to prior reservation, and please note you must be 21 years old with a valid license and insurance, and the truck cannot go more than 50 miles from Cincinnati.  Other terms and conditions apply to satisfy my insurance agent, but please it’s there to be used!

"December new pending sales, year-over-year, slipped 17.2% locally, but improved to off only 4.1% last month.  Nationally, December year-over-year pending sales were off 24.1%
 
Pending home sales in southwest Ohio and southeast Indiana in December were as follows:

I have seen an increase is activity. The sales come as a result of physical showings. If your home is for sale and you have not had a showing in December or January you are missing out. Many sellers think that this time of year, sale stop. Nothing could be further from the truth. As you see above in December 2007 (the slowest sales month of the year) there were still 1,341 new pending homes that went into contract.  These closings will happen in the next 30 to 60 days.
