As a person who grew up in the west side of Cincinnati. It has always been easy to explain where I grew up. I went to Elder High School. My teritory was established. Now that I live Union township, many people look at me and say “Where is that?” Polo Fields is in Union Township, in Clermont county. It has an Anderson Township Zip code but is Not in Anderson Township. It is inside the I-275 interstate loop but is not in Hamilton County. It is in Milford School district but not in Milford city limits or Milford 45150 Zip code. Many homes very close to this neighborhood of Polo Fields are in West Clermont Local School district. Several years ago Realtor’s listed homes for sale in Polo fields as being in Eastgate or Mount Carmel. Currently due to uniformity standards the area is determined by the county auditors designation.
There are about 536 current residential homes and when the neighborhood is complete there should be about 700 homes. It is the second largest neighborhood in Clermont county, just behind Miami Trails in Miami Township, near Loveland Ohio but not in the City of Loveland.
